What these terms cover

These terms are an agreement between you and the Pen Ink Pad team. By creating an account or using Pen Ink Pad, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Your account

• Use an accurate email address and keep your password secure.
• You're responsible for activity that happens under your account.
• You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live.

Your content

You own everything you create in Pen Ink Pad — your lyrics, song titles, section labels, uploaded beats, and voice notes. To run the service, you give us permission to store, back up, and sync that content across your devices. We don't sell it, and this permission ends when your content is deleted.

You confirm the content you upload doesn't infringe anyone else's rights.

Acceptable use

Don't use Pen Ink Pad for unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, and don't attempt to disrupt the service or access other people's accounts or data.

Service availability

We work hard to keep Pen Ink Pad available and bug-free, but the service is provided "as is." Features may change over time, and we can't guarantee the service will always be uninterrupted. To the fullest extent allowed by law, the Pen Ink Pad team isn't liable for lost content or damages arising from your use of the app — please keep your own backups of anything important.

Ending these terms

You can stop using Pen Ink Pad and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. If these terms change, we'll update this page; big changes will be communicated in the app.
